WHERE THIS CAME FROM
I didn't find this in a textbook.
I built it because I needed it.
Years before I trained as a RIM® Facilitator — before I had any formal tools for accessing the subconscious — I was a woman in the middle of her own healing, trying to get to what was beneath the noise.
Talking hadn't cleared it. Journaling helped, but only reached so far. I needed something more intentional. A way to get the mental static out — fully, completely, without performing insight or spiritual bypassing or pretending I was further along than I was.
So I developed this. A step-by-step method for clearing the mind that goes deeper than the surface. This is a practice I returned to again and again — especially after a walk, when my system was already softened, when the door to what was beneath was just slightly open.
It became one of the most consistent tools in my own healing.
And it's what many of my clients quietly credit for the first nights of real sleep they'd had in years.
