The Thought Purge is a self-paced, structured mind-clearing process I developed during my own healing — before any formal training, out of pure necessity. I needed a way to get the mental noise out of my head and onto the page intentionally. What emerged changed the quality of my sleep, my ability to make decisions, and my access to what I actually knew but couldn't hear beneath the noise. If you've ever thought, "I've talked it to death, journaled it, processed it — so why is it still so loud?" — this is for you. The nighttime thought tornado is real. That moment when your head hits the pillow and your brain decides now is the perfect time to replay everything. The Thought Purge gives that tornado somewhere to go — before it takes your sleep with it. This isn't "dear diary" writing. It's a step-by-step method that helps you access what lives beneath your logical mind — the fears, beliefs, and intuitive knowing your thinking brain keeps just out of reach.
