Hi, and welcome!

As a part of most healing journeys—physical or emotional (aren’t they the same thing… but that’s another conversation)—meditation can be incredibly supportive. From hypertension to trauma recovery, many of us have embraced a regular practice.

Why interactive meditations

A few reasons:

  1. You can do these while sitting in traffic or doing other activities (fewer “no time” excuses) — eyes open.

  2. Hearing the statements is powerful. Repeating them with your own voice helps your nervous system and subconscious receive them more deeply.

Here’s my thought on this:

those cruel voices we hear throughout the day often use our own voice to trick us into thinking they’re truth.

They are not.

By using your own voice in return, you can replace those messages and nurture your truth more effectively than listening alone.

My coaching clients do the Self Worth statements followed by the Optimist Creed every day—

maybe twice a day. Give it a try and see what shifts.

A few notes:

  • Traditional meditation is extremely effective and powerful. I use it daily. These are not meant to replace your regular practice—just to help amp up your inner belief system and support transformation.

  • Only the meditations marked “interactive” include space for you to speak in your own voice.

  • Deep Sleep Meditation: please only use this when you are safe to fall asleep. It’s not meant for relaxation, but for actual sleep.
