Integrative, trauma-informed healing
A blend of RIM® and the restorative practices I’ve created over the years—designed to support sleep, reduce overwhelm, soften anxiety/CPTSD patterns, and quiet that hyper-vigilant “always on alert” feeling.
If you’ve been feeling stuck,
if you’ve been moving through life on survival mode,
trying to hold all the pieces,
or feeling far from who you used to be…
you’re not alone.
Return To Self is a gentle, trauma-informed space to come back to your body, your boundaries, and your self-trust.
Without pressure, perfection, or toxic positivity
This experience is designed to support:
— less reactivity + emotional edginess
— improved sleep and a more settled nervous system
— reduced overwhelm and clearer inner boundaries
— support for anxiety + CPTSD patterns
— deeper reconnection with your inner voice and body wisdom
This is a gentle, holistic space to return to yourself without pressure, perfection, or forcing anything.
What to expect
Live on Zoom (75 minutes)
Recordings included and yours to keep
Intentionally small group for nervous-system safety + presence
Each session includes gentle nervous system work + guided integrative processes, with the final 30–45 minutes devoted to a RIM®-based experience for deeper emotional release and reconnection.

IS THIS YOU?
You might be ready for Return To Self if:
— You’re functioning… but inside you feel anxious, numb, on edge, or disconnected
— Your sleep is inconsistent (wired-but-tired, trouble falling asleep, 3am wake-ups)
— You’re tired of being triggered by the same things (family dynamics, tone, holidays, memories)
— You overthink, overgive, or shut down—then feel guilty for having needs
— You miss the version of you who felt clear, grounded, and confident
— You want support that’s gentle, real, and effective (not preachy, not performative)
— You’re experiencing brain fog, second-guessing, or difficulty making decisions
— Your body feels like it’s always bracing (tight chest, clenched jaw, shallow breathing)
— You feel emotionally reactive (edgy, snappy, teary) and you don’t like who you become when you’re depleted
— You swing between “I’m fine” and “I can’t do this” with very little in between
— You have a hard time resting—even when you finally have the chance
— You’re realizing you’ve been living in survival mode and you want a safer way forward
— You want boundaries, but you don’t want to become harsh—you want them to feel clean and kind
— You’re craving a steady rhythm of support so the healing actually sticks in real life
You don’t need a “new you.” You need a safer way to be you.
“After 2–3 sessions it was like a new life unfolded.” — Program Client, Arizona
“For the first time in years, I feel in control of myself and life again.” — S., Virginia
“More in 8 weeks than I had in years of talk therapy.” — S., Colorado
“My nightmares are gone… I am happier, healthier and more alive than I have been in years.” — L., Hawaii
These are words from women I’ve supported in private coaching/RIM® work.
Return To Self is the group version of this work—adapted into a supportive 4-week experience.
