Trauma Recovery Coach
Certified Trauma-Informed Coach | Certified Art Life Coach | Certified RIM® Facilitator
Jewelle supports trauma recovery through a nervous-system-friendly, deeply compassionate approach—blending evidence-informed coaching, creative integration, and RIM® facilitation.
She meets each client exactly where they are, without pressure and without forcing a timeline.
Clients often share that they feel calmer, clearer, and less emotionally triggered afterward, with fewer patterns like rumination, shutdown, or hypervigilance.
RIM® and creative integration are two of the core tools Jewelle uses to support meaningful change they can feel and build on.
A one-day healing experience for trauma recovery
(without forcing you to talk it all out)
We’ll work in a gentle, structured container that supports your nervous system while still going deep—guided creative integration, clear boundaries, and evidence-informed, trauma-informed tools you can keep using afterward.
This is for you if
-
You’re healing from trauma (betrayal, emotional abuse, narcissistic abuse, divorce, childhood trauma, complex trauma)
-
You feel stuck in loops: rumination, self-blame, hypervigilance, shutdown, procrastination, self-sabotage
-
You want an approach that includes the body and nervous system (not just talking)
-
You want a private, held experience that creates momentum
-
You feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or like you’ve lost your spark

This may not be the right fit if…
-
You’re in active crisis and need immediate clinical or emergency support
-
You’re looking for ongoing weekly therapy (this is a concentrated, one-day coaching intensive)
what to expect
on your VIP
day
what we'll do together
(4 hours total)
Think of this as an at-home healing retreat designed around your needs. We begin with what’s true for you in this moment, and I’ll meet you there—gently, respectfully, and without rushing your process.
Before your day, you and I will connect to clarify what you’re needing most right now, what isn’t working, and any specific concerns you’d like support with.
Your VIP day includes 2 hours in the morning, a lunch break, and 2 hours in the afternoon. We’ll begin with a short meditation I’ll choose based on our conversation.
This day is about you and what you need.
We’ll meet over Zoom so you can be in a safe, quiet space of your choosing.
Music Cocoon (playlist-supported integration): You’ll create a short playlist ahead of time to support regulation during creative integration and transitions.
We’ll use evidence-informed, trauma-informed tools to support your nervous system while still going deep.

Come Solo,
or share the day with a friend or partner
If it feels supportive, you’re welcome to share the day with a trusted friend or partner—only if that feels safe and steady for you. Many people find it easier to go deep when someone safe is nearby.
Pricing:
-
$750 (solo VIP day)
-
$1200 (two people together)
If you come as a pair, we’ll plan the schedule so each person is supported and has space for their own process. We’ll also build in a little extra time (about 30 minutes) so the day feels unhurried.
Each person’s RIM® time is private. While one person is in session, the other is supported with gentle art-based integration.
The Music Cocoon
A key part of this healing experience is what I call the Music Cocoon—a playlist you create ahead of time that helps your nervous system feel safe, steady, and supported.
You’ll use your Music Cocoon during guided creative integration moments and transitions throughout the intensive. It helps soften the “thought tornado,” keeps you connected to your body, and makes the experience feel held from start to finish.
The Thought Purge
The Thought Purge is a simple, structured practice that helps you “empty the mind” and create internal space—especially if you live with rumination, mental looping, or the nighttime “thought tornado.”
You’ll be guided step-by-step, and we’ll gently reflect on what shows up (without overanalyzing). Many clients describe feeling calmer, clearer, and more settled afterward—like their nervous system can finally exhale.
This is an evidence-informed nervous system support practice, and we’ll adapt it to your comfort level.
