Important note: I’m not a therapist. I’m a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, Art Life Coach, and Certified RIM® Facilitator.
This is trauma-informed coaching—not psychotherapy—so we’ll work in a structured, supportive way while staying within a coaching scope of practice.

Trauma Recovery & Certified Trauma-Informed Coach | Certified Art Life Coach | Certified RIM® Facilitator
Jewelle helps people heal and rebuild after trauma through a nervous-system-friendly, deeply supportive coaching approach.
Jewelle coaches with intuitive, compassionate guidance—meeting each client exactly where they are, without pressure or forcing a timeline.
Clients often report feeling calmer, clearer, and less triggered, with fewer trauma responses like rumination, shutdown, or hypervigilance. RIM® and creative integration are two of the core tools Jewelle uses to support deep, lasting change.

what to expect
on your VIP
day
what we'll do together
(4 hours total)
Think of this as a one day retreat designed specifically for your needs.
Prior to your day, you and I will communicate about your needs, about what's not working for you right now and any other specific concerns you'd like to address on your day.
Your VIP day will consist of 2 hours in the morning, a lunch break and another 2 hours in the afternoon. We will begin the day with a short meditation I will choose based on our previous conversation.
This day is all about YOU and what you need. We will meet over Zoom, which allows you to be in a safe and quiet place of your choosing.
Music Cocoon (playlist-supported integration): you’ll create a short playlist ahead of time to support regulation during creative integration and transitions.

The Music Cocoon
A key part of this healing experience is what I call the Music Cocoon—a playlist you create ahead of time that helps your nervous system feel safe, steady, and supported.
You’ll use your Music Cocoon during guided creative integration moments and transitions throughout the intensive. It helps soften the “thought tornado,” keeps you connected to your body, and makes the experience feel held from start to finish.
