The Onward Method
an 8-Week 1:1 Trauma Recovery Journey

You don’t need another coping strategy.
You need to actually heal.

I built this program out of necessity, not theory.

Eleven years ago, I was in the middle of a trauma so severe it nearly took my life more than once. I worked with several therapists who gave me what they could — and it still wasn’t enough. For three years, I couldn’t recognize myself.

What finally brought me back wasn’t another coping technique layered on top of the last one. It was a handful of things, done in the right order, with real depth — including RIM®, the modality that changed everything for me and that I later became certified to practice myself.

The Onward Method is everything that worked. Nothing that didn’t. I built it so you don’t have to spend years finding your way to what actually heals — the way I did.

What It Is

THE ONWARD METHOD — An 8-Week, 1:1 Trauma Recovery Journey — $2,997

• Nine weekly sessions, one hour each, held over Zoom — a space that’s entirely yours

• RIM® sessions woven through the work, with at least 90 minutes set aside when we do them, because deep healing needs room to happen, not a rushed hour

• A personal workbook, one section delivered after each session — so by the end of eight weeks, you have a complete, organized record of your own healing to keep and return to

• A short daily practice (10–15 minutes) that keeps the nervous system work alive between sessions, not just inside them

• A written recap after every session — what we covered, what’s next, and any additional resources for you to keep, for life

Every journey through the Onward Method looks different, because every nervous system carries something different. But the path tends to move through three phases:

Safety first. Before anything else, we build a felt sense of safety in your body. This isn’t optional groundwork — it’s the foundation everything else depends on. Nothing here re-traumatizes; everything here nurtures.

The deep work. This is where RIM® comes in — reaching beneath the thinking mind to the place where the real material lives, and clearing it at the root, not just managing it on the surface.

By around week four, many women are ready for one of the most powerful shifts in this work: severing the trauma bond that kept them attached to someone who hurt them. I didn’t learn this in a textbook — I found it intuitively, in a session with a client four years ago, and it’s been part of this work ever since. It’s not something you can force or rush. But when the nervous system is ready, RIM® can help that bond release at the root, not just in your understanding of it, but in your body.

Integration. The final weeks bring it all together: a nervous system that’s learned safety, insight that’s actually landed, and a version of you that feels like yours again — one you carry forward, not one you have to maintain through effort.

Where exactly you move through these, and how long each takes, depends entirely on you.

That’s the point.

Not Just Coping Strategies

If you broke your arm, your doctor wouldn’t just keep adding more bandages to the bone.

Most trauma recovery work is bandages. Coping strategies, stacked on top of each other, managing symptoms instead of reaching what’s underneath them.

That’s not what happens here. We don’t manage. We clear.

Who This Is For

  • You’ve done other work — therapy, coaching, your own research — and something still feels unfinished

  • You’re ready for real depth, not another technique to add to your list

  • You’re willing to be coached, and willing to let someone gently guide you past the edge of your current comfort zone

  • You’re ready to make your healing a real priority for the next eight weeks

What The Onward Method Can Do For You

Women who’ve done this work have told me things like: depression scores cut by more than half. Anxiety, the same. One woman went from suicidal thoughts seven days a week to zero, in four weeks. Another said her nightmares simply stopped.
