And others drag you down. Let's practice taking some control back, and speak words that help lift us up.

Here are a few I love to use throughout the day, or when confronted with something that feels too daunting to be possible.

I've used my own photography for these - remember I mentioned grabbing a camera helped me find beauty again in my first blog post. I've continued the path with my camera as much as possible - and thought I'd share them with you in this way.
